2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They can hold information that allows us or third parties to recognise you on a later visit and to provide certain functions.
3. Which cookies do we use?
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are technically required for our website to work properly. Without them, essential services cannot be provided.

3.2 Statistics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog)
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets the following cookies to provide us with statistics about the use of our website:

We have enabled IP anonymisation, so Google shortens your IP address within the EU/EEA. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out (see section 7).
We also use PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) on PostHog Cloud EU for audience measurement, Web Vitals and session replay. PostHog is loaded only after you consent to statistics cookies. Form-field input is masked.

3.3 Preference cookies
These cookies store your choices (for example preferred language) to make the website more convenient.
3.4 Custom event tracking (video/audio)
When embedded videos or audio are played, we send custom events via Google Analytics (for example video_played, audio_played). This helps us see which content is most relevant. The events do not contain personal data.
3.5 Marketing cookies (OpenAI Ads)
We use the Measurement Pixel from OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT Ads) to attribute conversions (for example demo bookings and form submissions) to ad clicks. The provider is OpenAI, L.L.C., 1455 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158, United States. The pixel is loaded only after you consent to marketing cookies.

4. Legal bases
- Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR — consent for statistics, preference and marketing cookies.
- Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR — our legitimate interest in a technically reliable website for strictly necessary cookies.
We obtain your consent via a consent banner that appears when you first visit our website. You can change or withdraw your choice there at any time.
5. Storage period
Cookies are deleted automatically when the periods above expire, or when you remove them in your browser settings.
6. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change your cookie settings at any time via the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. In that case, some website functions may no longer be available.
7. Transfers to third countries
Google LLC, OpenAI, L.L.C. and PostHog, Inc. are based in the United States. We use the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. PostHog usage data is processed on PostHog Cloud EU in the European Union.
